Word of mouth is how the good news of Jesus and the Gospel transformed the world. We’ve been hearing a lot of good news and appreciation from our members and those who have been visiting. Here are just some of the statements, organized under each of our five areas of ministry:

  • We have four uniquely beautiful worship services.
  • We worship with beautiful music using a variety of instruments and voices.
  • Todd Samra is bringing beauty and creativity to our traditional liturgy.
  • You should hear our children’s choir.

  • We are a warm and happy group; our dinners and receptions are great fun.
  • We respect our differences and welcome everyone; our faith transcends politics and opinions.
  • We have an incredible music series.

  • Robin Denney has started a great youth ministry with a team of four adult volunteers.
  • We are starting Festivals of Christian Spirituality in order to help Christians respond relevantly to the needs of the world.
  • Come with me to our Lenten series on Wednesday evenings (or class on Mondays).

  • We have over 125 active leaders and servers.
  • We are growing, with twenty pledges from people who did not pledge last year.
  • Average Sunday attendance increased from 131 to 142 in 2011.
  • We achieved a significant milestone by adopting an investment policy in which the vestry asked the foundation to invest the parish funds.

  • We are well known for outreach, especially for feeding the hungry.
  • We have amazing missions of All Saints’ Day School, Epiphany, and Santa Lucia.
  • We are founding members and provide pivotal leadership for the Interfaith Outreach of Carmel (IOC) and its benefit shop, Joining Hands.
