Update: 4/4/12

The funds for purchasing food are limited right now. We do have products for our agencies, but we are out of soup and fruit. Food and money donations have decreased, but we are not out of food and we are taking food orders. – Teresa Ferrucci

While the poverty and unemployment rate in Monterey County remains a problem, the food bank and All Saints’ press on. Thankfully, our own food pantry currently has enough food supply to distribute fifty or so food bags throughout April and May. However, since we are uncertain about the future of the food bank we ask that you please purchase your ticket to Small Bites for Big Hunger online today. The proceeds will be used to feed the hungry throughout the county and maintain our food pantry.

March was a busy month for All Saints’ food pantry. In addition to the twenty-five meals we served to the men in I-HELP, the statistics below tell some of the story.  Ask any member of the outreach commission to learn more. New team members are always welcome.
