Rosemary Smith honored at the ECW conference on May 26 by All Saints' among the "Women of the Year"

We are fortunate to have over 130 active volunteers “glorifying Christ and serving others.” Among them is Rosemary Smith, who was chosen by the vestry as Woman of the Year.

Rosemary has served the church in so many ways over the years. She has been in charge of altar flowers, she serves on the altar guild, and she’s an active participant in the United Thank Offering each year. She is especially active on the Outreach Commission, managing the food pantry, taking minutes of meetings, and providing the guiding light for our outreach to the needy. Additionally, she is our go-to person for our parish ministry to St. Patrick’s in Haiti. She goes about making a difference by serving with a seamless artistry of leading and following. She often inspires others to lead, but she does not hesitate to lead herself, and she rolls up her sleeves and simply gets the job done.

Rosemary will be honored at a diocesan gathering on Saturday, April 28, at St. Georges Church in Salinas.  Check-in begins at 9:30 a.m.  For more information, send an email to or call Wanda at (408) 226-5593.  Print this registration form and send it with your check in the amount of $22.50 made out to “ECW” and send it to Margaret Markham at 1621 Cienega Road, Hollister, CA 95023.

Rosemary’s commitment and service to the parish is greatly appreciated.
