a workshop for those hoping to find solid ground while experiencing loss

This class is six sessions, during which you will learn skills to help you through life’s ongoing journey of loss. There is no cost. This is for anyone who has experienced loss: death, divorce, loss of pet, job, friendship, or health. It offers a look at understanding grief, our emotions, our need for support, and a balanced life. It focuses on how we can honor what we have lost and how we can begin to reconstruct our lives.
