There are several announcements and opportunities for the upcoming 32nd Annual Convention for the Episcopal Diocese of El Camino Real, November 2 and 3, 2012, at the Steinbeck Institute of Art and Culture (940 North Main Street, Salinas, CA).

Volunteer
You are cordially invited to participate as a member of the registration team or the hospitality team at the 32nd Annual Diocesan Convention. To learn more or volunteer to assist, please RSVP to Mary Beth Powell at marybeth@edecr.org by October 19, 2012.

Display Tables
Groups, ministries, schools, and vendors who wish to have display tables at convention this year are required to submit an official request. Please click HERE for the Display Table Request Form. For further questions, please contact the Rev. Rob Sommer at caflyboy1@yahoo.com. Please return your form by e-mail to him, or fax it to 831-394-7133. The deadline for submission is October 20, 2012.

Nominations for Committees and Commissions
During convention we will elect a slate of capable, energetic candidates who will serve our diocese in the upcoming year. We invite you to prayerfully consider serving Christ and the diocese on one of the diocesan committees or positions as we move into God’s future together.
