a process of finding solid ground while experiencing loss

Walking through Jello: Finding Solid Ground While Experiencing Loss will be taught by the Rev. Cynthia Spencer on six consecutive Mondays (January 14–February 18) from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

This is a free class, open to all, during which you will learn skills to help you through life’s ongoing journey of loss. The class is appropriate for anyone who has experienced a loss: a death or divorce, the loss of a pet, a job, a friendship, or one’s health. It offers a look at understanding grief, our emotions, and our needs for support and a balanced life. It focuses on honoring what we have lost and beginning to reconstruct our lives.

This is not a drop-in class; please register by contacting Cynthia at 520-260-5158 or cms614@mac.com, or by calling the church office at 831-624-3090. If the office is closed, please leave a message with your name and phone number.
