For over one hundred years, All Saints’ has been responding to God’s love that thrives within and among us. We have planted congregations, reached the world by sending out members, and welcomed visitors to Carmel. We have been faithful in offering ourselves in service to others with prayers and financial support, through the variety of our spiritual gifts and talents.

On Easter Sunday we launched The Weekly, and this Sunday, Pentecost, we will launch All Saints’, a new seasonal magazine. It’s a huge breakthrough! The inaugural edition will be twenty-eight pages in color. It is a major shift from the old Patter, yet it ties in elements of the first publications on record in the church office and archives. The complete communication strategy has been evolving for some time, and new technology and equipment, plus hours of talented devotion from both staff and members, makes this next advancement possible.

All Saints’ includes no fewer than seven articles–written by staff and members–that focus on spiritual matters of the heart and real-life concerns. Each issue will profile ministry team leaders and other members; you will see their faces and read a brief story of how God is moving in their lives. You will find ads about upcoming events and a two-page event listing like the “Go” section of the newspaper. We will also be devoting a page to each of the five parish missions so that, together or on our own, we will be united in glorifying Christ while we reach people in our local contexts.

The seasonal magazine will be distributed seven times a year. With this magazine we are further integrating our sermon series, discipleship classes, and retreats, and keeping you well informed of upcoming events in each liturgical season. Thanks to a crew of talented editors and our new color printer, it will be printed in house and distributed throughout the parish. It will also be available online here. In the near future the online version will have integrated links, live video and audio, registration forms, and easy access to purchase tickets, make donations, and send your prayers, suggestions, and comments.
