Healing ministers from around the Diocese of El Camino Real will gather to share ideas and practices for healing ministry. The purpose of this day is to share experiences from our various parishes and discuss how to increase congregational acceptance and participation. The Rev. Canon Jim Thomas, Ph.D., will offer an inspirational talk on Healing as a Process. We will have an opportunity for small group discussion during Healing Ministry: Parish Practices, Strengths, and Challenges.
Please join us if you would like to learn more about healing ministry. The event is hosted by Saint Andrew’s chapter of The Order of St. Luke.
The event will be held on Saturday, June 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Saint Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 13601 Saratoga Ave, Saratoga, CA 95070.
