There are three sessions in this series:

  1. Tuesday, January 20 — Mindful Parenting:  Learn about mindfulness and mindful parenting to reduce stress and bring more peace into relationships with children. There will be time to ask questions and share experiences, as well as to practice these techniques.
  2. Tuesday, January 27 — Mindful Positive Disciple:  Review mindful parenting and learn positive discipline techniques that will help to relieve tensions for you and your children. There will be time to ask questions and share experiences as well as to practice these techniques.
  3. Tuesday, February 3 — Review and Apply:  Review mindful parenting and positive discipline tools.
