Campsites, Locations, and Capacities

Santa Lucia has four campsites:

  • x2 Large Group sites, which can be combined into one large group site
  • x2 Small Group sites, which can be combined into one small group site

The site details are as follows:

    • Large Group Sites
      • Redwood Knoll located just below the bathrooms
      • Lower Campground located around the original fire pit and picnic area
      • Each Group Site:
        • Can sustain up to 30-40 people
        • Can be combined into one large site that can sustain 80-100 people
    • Small Group Sites (Paul’s Meadow):
      • Paul’s Meadow, East:  located on the eastern side of Paul’s Meadow
      • Paul’s Meadow, West: located on the western side of Paul’s Meadow
      • Each Group Site:
        • Can sustain up to 8 people
        • Can be combined into one site that can sustain up to 16 people

Rates

Rates are divided up by season, with a Low Season and a High Season. The seasons are defined by:

  • Low Season:  Tuesday, September 15, 2015 – Thursday, April 28, 2016
  • High Season:  Friday, April 29, 2016 – Monday, September 19, 2016

Rates apply regardless of the size of the group, but the group may not exceed the maximum capacity of any site.

Weekends are defined as stays over Friday or Saturday nights. Weekdays are defined as stays over Sunday through Thursday nights.

All rates are per night stay. There is no minimum or maximum stay.

The rate structure breaks down as follows:

  • Low Season
    • Large Group Sites
      • Redwood Knoll
        • Weekend: $150
        • Weekday: $75
      • Lower Campground
        • Weekend: $175
        • Weekday: $75
      • Both sites:
        • Weekend: $300
        • Weekday: $150
    • Small Group Sites (one rate for both weekends and weekdays)
      • Paul’s Meadow, East – $15
      • Paul’s Meadow, West – $15
      • Both sites: $25
  • High Season
    • Large Group Sites
      • Redwood Knoll
        • Weekend: $225
        • Weekday: $100
      • Lower Campground
        • Weekend: $250
        • Weekday: $125
      • Both sites:
        • Weekend: $450
        • Weekday: $200
    • Small Group Sites (one rate for both weekends and weekdays)
      • Paul’s Meadow, East – $25
      • Paul’s Meadow, West – $25
      • Both sites: $40

Special Rates

  • For members of All Saints’ Episcopal Church:
    • $15 per night (all days / all seasons)
    • All Saints’ members are defined as those listed in Fellowship One (the church’s web-based church management software) as “Active Members.”
  • Drop In Rate
    • $25 a night for one site (up to four people)
    • This is for anyone who drops in last minute with no reservations and is NOT a member of All Saints’ Episcopal Church

Reservations

Will be allowed in the month that is one year from the month the booking is sought. For example, reservations for the month of June 2016 may be booked any time after June 1, 2015, but not before.

A reservation is made by contacting the Santa Lucia Campground at 972-567-3572 or via email at Caretaker@AllSaintsCarmel.org.

Payments

Payment can be made via check or credit card. Checks are to be made out to All Saints’ Church. If paying via check, the memo on the check must include the group name and the dates the group is using the campground.

Cash will NOT be accepted by the Caretaker.

In order to confirm a booking, a 50% (one half of the entire fee) deposit will be required.

Until the fee is received, the campsite is NOT reserved.

Payment in full is required one month prior to the date of use. As a courtesy a reminder invoice will be sent.

If full payment is not received one month before the date of use, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellations are permitted up to one month before the booked date, after which the deposit becomes non-refundable.
