I gravitated to All Saints’ Church because of its apostolic affiliation and the beautiful and welcoming church from the inside and out. My volunteer work at church includes usher, lector, choir member, and more. I was raised in the Armenian Apostolic Church and was assigned “dual-citizenship” with the Armenian Apostolic Church at my confirmation by Bishop Mary and Rev. Amber.
My educational background is in European and Russian History, BA from Virginia Commonwealth University, and in Library and Information Science from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
I love academia and my library work where I have carried out projects in Henrico, VA, Washington, DC, and on the Monterey Peninsula. I also hope to someday soon earn a higher education degree in visual arts, such as encompassing architecture history, historic churches, Armenian history and churches, and religion.
I have pursued advanced learning from Harvard Graduate School of Education, French history from Sorbonne-Paris University, and nutrition and business law from Cornell University. Finally, I am currently working with my family’s business Nielsen’s on San Carlos and Seventh, here in Carmel-by-the-Sea!
