Seventy-five years ago, All Saints’ Episcopal Church put down roots at Dolores & 9th–and we’d love for you to help us celebrate this milestone!
Join us Thursday, November 12 at 5:00 PM for the inaugural Art in Sacred Spaces tour and Ribbon Cutting at All Saints’ Episcopal Church in celebration of our 75th anniversary.. One of the hidden jewels of Carmel is the significant art collection that enhances the sacred spaces of All Saints’, 925 Dolores (Ninth and Dolores).
In celebration of its 75th anniversary, the church is inaugurating free tours of its art collection. We’re pleased to offer our first tours at the Ribbon Cutting on November 12, and will welcome residents and visitors Sundays and Wednesdays 11:30-12:30 and by appointment Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
The sanctuary reflects the creative artistic legacy of Carmel-by-the-Sea and is enhanced by outstanding stained glass, wood carvings, and paintings by renowned artists such as Mark Adams, Elizabeth Barlow, and Ludmilla Pawlowska, as well as 17th c. master Carlo Maratti.
Also on display will be the timeline of the church’s history from when it occupied what is now Carmel by-the-Sea’s City Hall to present.
Come to the Ribbon Cutting. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!!
