Food for the Soul – Prison of Self

This month’s theme is Prison of Self.

Relax, reflect, and nourish your soul  through readings, music, and imagery in a tranquil environment with meditations from philosophers, poets, and spiritual leaders from all over the world. Feel free to bring an additional reading, chant, song, etc. to share if you wish.

Food for the Soul is a monthly event, held the fourth Saturday of each month. The theme for next month will be “Reconciliation.” Everyone is welcome!
