Join us as we journey the Way of St. Benedict, the foundation of Anglican spirituality and the heritage of the Episcopal Church. The Rule of St. Benedict nurtures in us balance, humility, respect for one another, stability, and renewal.
In this class we’ll also explore how the way of St. Benedict shapes our worship and learn about the symbolism and rhythm of worship, prayer, service, work, and leisure. Giving ample time for all of these activities in our lives restores and engenders our true human personhood.
